WHY IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF DAVID LIVINGSTONE
As a family run business our passion is wildlife and wildlife conservation as a whole, we help out with the local NGO's and do what we can as people to help our wildlife.
At Footsteps of Livingstone we pride ourselves in creating journeys that transform lives, 'our journeys, your footsteps'.
We currently offer tailor made safaris in six countries within Africa namely Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana, South Africa, Tanzania (Zanzibar) and Namibia. A few select countries that Dr. David Livingstone travelled in his 30 Years in Africa and the 30,000 miles he traversed on foot through uncharted territory. Our focus entails the best experience chosen by the most knowledgeable professionals in order to create that once in a lifetime trip.
Each of our ideally planned itineraries has been travelled by one of our team members who followed in the 'Footsteps of Livingstone' to make sure that you are getting the absolute best service possible. History cannot be changed. We need to re-acquaint ourselves with significant facets of the past that altered our perceptions and fundamentally influenced the way we think and travel today. History is littered with huge personalities, saints and sinners who, in one way or another, have influenced us on the way we live in this current age. One man stands head and shoulders above those historical personalities. His name is Dr. David Livingstone.

Mission
The purpose of ‘our journeys, your footsteps’ is to leave your footsteps on a path that we create, a path once traversed by explorers decades ago. We strive to explore environs that are greener and richer in aspects one cannot describe, but only once seen and felt first hand, are they fully understood. Africa is a rich nation in soul and it becomes part of us with every footstep travelled.
