Best Time to GO

The dry season, July to September is an excellent time to visit and for game viewing. October would be the peak time to go game viewing however, the heat may be quite unbearable.  The lack of water in Hwange means animals need to visit the watering holes in the dry season.  The foliage is also less dense than the wet season (November to March) making game viewing easier. April- May is the peak of the waterfall, however as the flow gets less you get to see more of the falls itself.
